All about the Good Company Kennels. The Nature Walk Litter litter
The time has come!
Good Company Kennels is proud to announce our first planned litter.
My girly Elder,
Chai’s Elderberry Jane UWP DashN Spot-ON URO1 RatN
(CGC & TKN, task trained Service dog)
Has been bred to Brio
Speedwell SightHounds Brio (CGC, Therapy dog)
Elder has OFA Hips, elbows, eyes, Advanced Cardiac, patella, and DNA testing.
Brio has OFA Hips, patella’s, and Elbows, and DNA testing.
As well as cardiac and eyes however those have not be listed by the OFA website. Results and proof are available by request!
Temperament: both Elder and Brio are handler focused but people friendly. They are more than happy to tag along on any adventure.
They are both very neutral to both dogs
And just soak up attention from children.
Energy Level: this litter will be medium to high energy. The purpose for this pairing is for sports such as bikejor, lurecoursing, among others. With plans to start our keep backs in flyball.
Grooming needs: a cross like this has no guarantee for coat type or ease of maintenance. From what I can say is that both parents are very easy.
Brio has a short, naturally shedding coat that rarely tangles.
And Elder has a long, ever-growing, non-shedding coat that can tangle if grown beyond 3 inches. My grooming routine is simply a bath and blow-dry once a month or two. And a trim every few months.
